I've been to a few Premier Inn hotels and can easily say this is one of the best. We stayed in a Premier Plus room (Premier Plus rooms are all on the highest floor at the end of the hall for peace and quiet) and we didn't hear any traffic noise from the road or anyone from the pub around the corner. The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was equipped with 2 bottles of body wash but no shampoo! Please change this to one shampoo and one body wash! Other than this the service from reception staff was excellent and the breakfast was served quickly with lots of options. We didn't bring a car as we used a taxi but there is ample parking in Stars Lane. Will definitely stay again and will request the same room!
Great location, plenty of local parking available (pay & park). Room was cosy and clean. Breakfast was ordered at table, which was fine but short staff made service a little slow but kids helped themselves to the continental options where available.
Without even getting into the room this place gets five stars. Front of house staff amazing.... Thank you James for a great welcome and wonderful service.
Staff are warm,helpful and accommodating, rooms are clean,tidy have adequate facilities. Town and local amenities are in walking distance, nice variety of coffee shops and restaurants. And the main shopping centre is good. Beautiful churches, friendly people.

Town centre location. This particular Premier Inn has a bar and restaurant. Car parking is a 2 minute walk away and has to be paid for. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
I use Premier Inn fairly regularly through work and the Yeovil one is one of my favourites. The rooms are well maintained and the location is handy. The staff here really make a difference; Rory and Fran on hospitality are always friendly and welcoming - perfect example of how to run front of house. Charlie in the kitchen has always been a star and competently and confidently manages coeliac safe food effortlessly. Never been anything less than happy here.
Rooms as expected, spotlessly clean on arrival. Restaurant disappointing as some things weren't available. Well placed for our business in the town with a public car park nearby.
